About
Dear friends, There is a beautiful understanding in the Diamond Essence work of the Sufis: what we truly are has qualities. Our authentic nature is alive with presence, strength, compassion, clarity, joy, value, trust, love, and stillness. These qualities are subtle, yet deeply real. They can be remembered from childhood, felt in the body, touched in the heart, and gradually brought into our ordinary life.
In our recent meditation training, many of us began to recognise these essential states directly. The response has been deeply touching, and many people have asked to continue.
So from June 22nd, I warmly invite you to join us for this 10-session course to explore the essential qualities that support us in the demands of modern life. Each session will take one familiar mental-emotional pattern and open the door to the essential quality behind it. This is a meditation training in the deepest sense. We will train attention, presence, sensitivity and clarity to recognise the qualities that are already alive within us.

What is the Essence and Diamond Approach? The Diamond Essence teaching, developed by A. H. Almaas, is a structured path within the broader field of essence work that integrates psychological understanding with spiritual realization. It is part of the Diamond Approach, which emphasizes direct experience over belief and uses inquiry as its central method. This teaching explores how different qualities of essence—such as compassion, will, or clarity—can be recognized and embodied through careful attention to present-moment experience.
Who is this course for? These meditations are suitable for past participants as well as for anyone who would like to unveil and experience their Authentic Self and its qualities.

Each session includes:
- Guided Meditation based on the Essence Work: A spacious, nurturing meditation based on the Essence work and drawing from the knowledge of the Diamond approach, to guide participants to directly connect to their essential qualities.
- Essence Colour: Each session works with one dominant colour, giving the meditation a clear energetic anchor.
- Body Awareness: Learn where contraction and openness arises in your body.
- Breath and Stillness: Simple breath-based guidance to settle the nervous system.
- Recognition: Gentle training to recognise patterns within you and to reveal the essential quality behind them.
- Daily Integration: A simple practice or reflection to carry the quality into relationships, work, creativity, and ordinary moments.
- Journaling Prompt: reflective questions to deepen the day’s experience.
- Community sharing space: Optional open circle after each meditation session to share, reflect or just spend time with like-minded people. This part is not recorded.

2. The Ruby of Strength: Explore the difference between reacting and standing strong, as you reconnect with grounded courage and calm inner power.
3. The Emerald Heart: Soften self-judgment and open into a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
4. The Diamond of Clarity: Clear the inner noise and reconnect with the intelligence that arises when the mind becomes spacious and still.
5. The Midnight Ground: Enter the depth of stillness and discover how emptiness can become a doorway into presence, space, and being.
6. The Pearl of Value: Reconnect with your natural dignity, worth, and preciousness, especially in the places where shame has made you feel small.
7. The Sun of Joy: Open to the warmth, lightness, and quiet radiance that can return when the body relaxes and the heart begins to smile.
8. The Blue Sky of Trust: Release the grip of control and learn to rest more deeply in openness, flow, and the natural support of life.
9. The Rose of Love: Move beyond isolation and reconnect with the warmth of the heart, where love becomes a living field of connection.
10. The Crystal of Being: Gather the whole journey into a simple experience of Being, where searching drops and being becomes enough.

SCHEDULE:
Course dates: 22/6-3/7 2026
Daily morning sessions from Monday till Friday Sessions time: from 7.00am CET / 06.00am UK time (same for both weeks)
Each guided meditation session lasts for 45 minutes. After that the recording is stopped to respect peoples privacy and we offer an informal sharing circle where you may ask a question, share an experience or enjoy listening others.
* All sessions will be live (on Zoom). Each session will be recorded and sent to you after the live stream. You will be able to access all recordings anytime during the course + 2 weeks after the course finishes, so even if you cannot always make it live, you will not miss a thing!
