A 10-session guided meditation course: Know who you authentically are → See how your mind creates your experience → Learn to consciously participate in life.
10-21/8 2026 | online via zoom or from recordings
About
I’m excited to share this new 10-session morning course with you.
For many years, my work has centred around two simple but profound questions: Who am I? and Why am I here? Through meditation, self-inquiry, and the Enlightenment Intensive process, I have witnessed the profound shift that occurs when someone experiences their Authentic Self. From that place, life is no longer lived on autopilot—it becomes something we consciously participate in.
The Power of I AM grows from this same foundation and takes the next step. It explores not only who we are beneath our conditioning, but also how our inner world shapes the way we experience and engage with life.
Together we will explore conscious creation—the practice of participating intentionally in how your life unfolds. By becoming more aware of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, habits, and choices, you begin to recognize the patterns that quietly shape your experience. With that awareness comes the possibility of change.
Each morning you’ll learn practical ways to interrupt old conditioning, reset your inner state, and cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and self-mastery before the day begins.
This course is an invitation to understand how consciousness operates in everyday life. Just as the physical world follows natural principles, our inner experience is also shaped by patterns and processes that can be observed, understood, and worked with. The more conscious you become of them, the more freedom you have in how you respond to life’s challenges, relate to others, make decisions, and create the quality of your daily experience.
Rather than being driven by unconscious habits, you’ll learn to meet life with greater presence, inner authority, well-being, and creative power.
I very much look forward to seeing you there!
With love, Peter

Sessions Themes
1. The Power of I AM: We begin by defining the steady state of I AM: what it means, how to recognise it, and how it feels as an alive, grounded, and practical experience.
2. Choosing the State of the Day: In this practice, you will learn to recognise the state you wake up in. From there, each morning becomes a rich opportunity to consciously choose the energy you wish to bring into your day.
3. The Law of Assumption: Discover how the assumptions we carry influence the experiences we meet. This session explores assumption as a subtle inner posture that shapes perception, expectation, and response.
4. Emotional Language: Learn how emotion communicates with the subconscious. Through meditation, you will practise allowing a simple phrase to become a felt experience that supports a positive inner and outer reality.
5. The Wish Fulfilled: This session explores the powerful practice of completion: feeling the desired reality as already alive within you, and allowing that fulfilled state to become natural in the body.
6. Imagination as Inner Reality: We explore imagination as a creative inner resource. You will learn how a clear inner image, held with feeling, can give the subconscious a living pattern to develop and create.
7. Identity: Who Am I Living As?: Explore how your sense of identity becomes an essential catalyst for what you create. This practice helps you close the gap between the self that is trying to arrive and the fulfilled self already living from well-being.
8. Morning Revision: Begin the day by gently releasing yesterday’s tone and choosing the version of yourself that carries you forward with positive momentum.
9. Receiving and Inspired Action: Open to support, opportunity, guidance, and right timing. This session explores receiving as a natural expression of well-being, and inspired action as movement from alignment with your Being.
10. Living from “It Is Done”: Bring the full journey together. In this final session, you will practise I AM and conscious creation as one integrated morning practice.
