10x practical, heart-based guided meditations for living with more authenticity.
5-16/1 2026 | online via zoom or from recordings
About
Some moments in life invite us to pause — not because the calendar changed, but because something inside is ready for a different rhythm. Not bigger, not louder… just clearer. There comes a point where effort stops being useful and authenticity becomes the real doorway.
This course was born from that place.
Over ten mornings, we’ll explore what actually shapes the quality of your days: the roles you carry, the tone of your inner voice, the values that quietly steer your choices, and the deeper direction that keeps calling even when life feels full.
Each session blends grounding meditation, simple self-inquiry, and heart-level awareness. Not to reinvent yourself, but to loosen the narratives that tire you out, listen for what’s truly yours, and recognise the parts of you that already know how to move with ease.
Our hope is that these sessions become a steady space — a place where you feel more real, more at home in your own company, and more connected to the life that is unfolding through you without pressure or performance.
Looking forward to sharing these meditations with you in 2026.
Much love,
Petr and Vero
