Breathing is the source of our spiritual, mental and physical healing power, the bridge between the conscious and unconscious. Each Breathwork session is a unique self healing and self discovery journey to our Authentic Core. During the session the person is in a lying position, using circular (continuous) breathing. The process is accompanied by the guidance of a facilitator and (eventually) with music.
Benefits of breathwork: emotional pain and trauma release, boost of the immune system, raised self awareness, enriched creativity, increased joy, happiness and energy, reduction of stress, anxiety and negative thoughts, muscular tension relief, improvement of the metabolism and the quality of sleep.
