Mental health:
Please, note, that if you are following any form of mental health therapy / using any medication / have a recent history of any substance addiction (in the last 6 months) / you are in any kind of a recovery process, before you book your spot, kindly reach out to the retreat provider via info@the-drunkenmonk.com, so we can find out together, if this retreat is suitable for you. This precaution serves to secure the maximum safety for you as well as the whole group dynamic and it ensures the quality delivery of the retreat effect.
Please note, that in the case of not following this precaution, the retreat provider reserves the right to remove the participant from the retreat process. Thank you for your understanding.
Special Diets

Joining with friends, relatives or partners
This retreat is a very profound individual journey of self discovery. In case you wish to experience this program with your relatives, partners or friends, we highly recommend to book different dates or at least don’t share a room together. In any case, before you book, please, reach out to us via email info@the-drunkenmonk.com, so we can find together an arrangement, which won’t interfere into your EI process.

By confirming your participation you are agreeing that we can send you a welcome email and occasional inspirations. You can always unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails. These emails are compliant with GDPR rules and your privacy will be respected and protected. We will not share your details with anyone in any way.

By attending the sessions and courses (in-person and online programs) provided by The Drunken Monk, you agree to take full responsibility for your safety and all consequences of participating.
Our courses are for educational purposes only. The Drunken Monk is not responsible and cannot be held liable for legal claims or losses.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Participant
Please note that cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the retreat venue and its specific terms. Each retreat operates under its own set of rules, which are determined by the location and its policies.
For full details on the cancellation and refund policy for a specific retreat, please refer to the booking page dedicated to that retreat. These details are always provided there for transparency.

Teachers Fee: Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund of the Teachers fee will be provided to all registered participants.
Transfering of your booking
On special occasions, If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please, note that due the profound process and impact of the EI, this option has to always be discussed and agreed with the organiser, who also reserves the right to not apply this option.
Please notify us in writing via email info@the-drunkenmonk.com of the intended attendee change at least 1 month prior to the retreat start date.
Special Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen emergencies or special circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
