Almost every day I hear of how others are having their reflexes tested. We all yearn for support and a sanctuary of calm amidst the chaos in those moments where we feel overwhelmed, … can you relate?
Yet I’ve found, without question, that it’s through facing life’s trials head-on that we have an opportunity to find our Essential Self, .. an inner space that reveals a reservoir of resilience, joy and a profound sense of feeling ‘connected’ even in the most trying of times.
To do that there is the need of knowing how to access that space that is free from the conditioned self and released from the constraints of the mind.
My first taste of this came in 2004 during an Enlightenment Intensive process when everything clicked into place. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the wisdom gained from this profound process, and I’m far from alone in the appreciation of the EI. I’m delighted that once more the upcoming EI retreat at Mandali has not only reached full capacity, but there’s also a growing waiting list. Amazing!
