5 Day Mandali Experience

The Mandali Experience offers five days of guided meditation, open sessions and yoga at the beautiful Mandali Retreat Center in the mountains of northern Italy.
Designed for everybody, the experience combines guided meditation, yoga, periods of silence and group sessions.
On arrival, you will be given a schedule of events from which you can choose to participate, as well as information about special walks and points of interest. From there, it’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you, by participating in as much or as little of the programme as you wish. Come to a reviving morning yoga class, take a soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake, relax in your beautiful accommodation, relish the delicious homemade meals, meditate on your veranda, take a massage or enjoy a walk in the forest. And perhaps most importantly, take some time to rediscover what’s really important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you.
The location is stunning over looking a crystal clear lake and surrounded by forests where you can enjoy being in nature and breathing clean mountain air. The delicious food is organic vegan / vegetarian and the facilities includes a body care center with a variety of massage treatments, a pool, sauna and an outside jacuzzi.
Daily there are two meditation sessions (with Peter) that focus on the the Practice of Presence and Mindfulness. One in the morning and the second in the evening. The sessions are ideal for advanced and beginners alike, focusing on strengthening the ability to be in a state of relaxed awareness every moment.
The morning Yoga class is active focusing on invigorating styles while the afternoon yoga session is mostly the restorative and relaxing Yin yoga. Both classes accommodate both beginners and seasoned practitioners in a playful and open atmosphere.
There is an afternoon sharing circle that invites guest to engage in self enquiry and open sharing to expose and explore personal issues in a relaxed and non intrusive atmosphere.
According to group dynamics and time and weather possibilities there might be more activities included, such as a conscious walk or active meditations.
The first day of the Mandali experience starts at 3PM. Check in time is at 2PM but we try our best to provide a check-in as early as possible.
