Meditation Training in the Essential Self (online)

20.04.2026 - 29.04.2026

8x Guided Meditations in awakened presence: recognise the Essential Self and live from it with stability and grounding.

Again and again, I have witnessed something simple and profound: When the inner conditions are right, the Essential Self – the joyous authentic you- naturally reveals itself. Not as a dramatic experience, but as clarity. As grounded presence. As a quiet shift out of identification with personality into something more fundamental and real.

Moments like this may resemble what in the Enlightenment Intensive tradition is called a direct experience — a clear recognition of what we are beyond roles, history, and self-image. A de-identification. A return.

Through the work of Charles Berner and the Enlightenment Intensive process, I learned that awakening is not something to force or chase. It is something we can prepare for.

We can cultivate the conditions that allow this recognition to arise — and just as importantly, we can learn how to stabilise it so it integrates into daily life.

This 8-day guided meditation training is designed exactly for that. Each session gently builds the capacity to:

  • Recognise the Essential Self when it becomes present
  • Invite the inner conditions that allow it to arise
  • Stabilise the shift from personality to presence
  • Integrate clarity into work, relationships, movement and choice

It is about returning to the real You— more awake, more grounded, more aligned.

The course is suitable for past Enlightenment Intensive participants as well as for anyone curious about what it means to live from freedom and authenticity

If this speaks to you, it would be a joy to welcome you.

With love, Peter 🌿
