Event description

Moving Into Inspired Action
  • Do you feel a deep yearning to create something positive from our current global crisis?
  • Do you feel an irresistible pull to pursue and create more in your life now and also in the future?
  • Do you feel a pull to use this time of quarantine to create the future that we need to nurture and build to survive as the human race?

If your answer is ‘YES’, then join our workshop in which The Drunken Monk leads us through a series of meditations and visualisations to connect with the energy of hope and possibility. Through this interactive workshop we will explore how to harness our creative energy to design a detailed vision of how we want to take our learnings from this global crisis to create a more prosperous and hopeful future for all.

We will explore feelisations, a process that guides you to unleash your imagination and create a vivid mental picture of what every area of your future life will look and feel like. Questions we will explore:

• Who am I and what am I here to create?

• How can I use this time of self-isolation and quarantine to transcend into the greatest version of myself?

• Who do I need to be to lead a new future and how does this feel to me?

These challenging times of panic and uncertainty can make us feel a sense of hopelessness, chaos and un-inspiration but it is in this very moment that we can start to build a new version of ourselves. Here and now there is a voice entreating us to remember our purpose, our reason for being in the world of impermanence and what it is we are here to create.

We will collectively explore how we can use what is currently happening around us to elevate our consciousness to create the short and long term radical shifts the earth requires from us to sustain and grow.

Prior to this workshop please contemplate and journal the feelings you want to have post COVID-19. Areas to explore:

1. How do I want to feel in my body and health?

2. How do I want to feel in my career?

2. How do I want to feel in my relationships?

3. How do I want to feel in my home?

5. How do I want my relationships with money to feel?

Inspiration can be cultivated and be a driving force throughout our life, rather than showing up every now and then and just mysteriously disappearing. Leading with inspired action gives us hope and opens the doorways to a world of infinite possibilities.

About Peter Harper aka The Drunken Monk

What is the Drunken Monk? The title comes from an ancient martial arts style called “The Drunken Monkey” where movements of the practitioner are very relaxed and appear humorous, as if he was drunk. At the same time he is perfectly aware of each movement and rooted in the Present Moment.

The Drunken Monk is about being spiritual, self aware and grounded yet with laughter, authenticity and an acceptance of our human nature in all its aspects.

Peter’s consciousness music can be found here:
