We sometimes forget the simplest truth, that joy is always present within us, available and alive. Yet it is so easy to miss in a world full of distractions. So in this course, we invite you to join us to explore easy ways to reconnect with that natural joy. Through guided meditations, micro practices, and gentle energetic exercises, we will discover how to return to ease, cultivate positive emotions, and create a vibrant presence in daily life.

This is a space of sharing, softness, and playful exploration. Together, we will invite more lightness, wonder, and vitality into life, and celebrate the delight of simply being. These 45minute sessions are open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. After each session there is an Open Session; an opportunity to connect with each other and share the fruits of the session.

Course Structure: 10 Sessions

Session 1: Returning to Presence
Anchoring awareness in the body and breath, gently arriving in the here and now. A grounding foundation for calm, clarity, and joy in everyday life.

Session 2: Heart Coherence & Appreciation
Opening the heart through gratitude, love, and appreciation. Supports emotional balance, reduces stress, and nurtures a naturally positive state.

Session 3: Creative Joy
Awakening creativity and spontaneous joy. A playful exploration that sparks curiosity, inspiration, and lightness in daily living.

Session 4: Blessing the Day
Beginning the day with intention and positive energy. Cultivates focus, mindfulness, and emotional ease that carries through the hours ahead.

Session 5: Playful Imagination
Inviting childlike curiosity and inner freedom. Guided visualizations that encourage creativity, exploration, and gentle joy.

Session 6: Gratitude and Wonder
Expanding awareness of beauty and appreciation in the ordinary. Deepens contentment, resilience, and a sense of quiet wonder.

Session 7: Flow and Vitality
Sensing the natural flow of life energy within the body. Strengthens vitality, motivation, and a feeling of aliveness.

Session 8: Joy in the Senses
Mindful exploration of sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. Rediscovering delight in small moments through embodied presence.

Session 9: The Inner Smile
Breathing a soft, inner smile into areas of tension or heaviness. Encourages relaxation, self-compassion, and gentle emotional release.

Session 10: Integration & Celebration of Joy
Bringing all practices together—presence, gratitude, playfulness, and vitality. Supporting lasting ease, joy, and a warm, grounded presence in life.

 

 

Your Guide

Peter Harper

Peter is an experienced spiritual guide with more than 40 years experience of personal development and spiritual guidance. He divides his time hosting Meditation and Self Awareness Retreats and Workshops in Europe and creating Guided Meditation and Conscious Music recordings.

Peter is the founder of The Drunken Monk project connecting spirituality with daily life, using tools such as guided meditation recordings, Enlightenment Intensive process, Self Awareness retreats and workshops.

PRACTICALITIES:

To fully enjoy this event, we recommend to secure for each session:

  • a comfortable quiet space: “create your nest”, prepare cushions and blankets so you feel comfortable, maybe dim the lights and light some candles, favorite diffusers, gentle calming music. Wear comfortable clothes.

Please access your link to the zoom room 5 mins before so we are ready to start on time.

 

SCHEDULE:

Course dates: 16-27/2 2026

Daily morning sessions from Monday till Friday

Sessions time: from 7.00am CET / 06.00am UK time (same for both weeks)

Each guided meditation session lasts 45 minutes. After that the recording is stopped to respect peoples privacy and we offer an informal sharing circle where you may ask a question, share an experience or enjoy listening others.

* All sessions will be live (on Zoom). Each session will be recorded and sent to you after the live stream. You will be able to access all recordings anytime during the course + 2 weeks after the course finishes, so even if you cannot always make it live, you will not miss a thing!
