10 sessions of guided meditations with Peter: Explore Zen wisdom, meditation and koans to cultivate deep relaxation, presence, effortless action and greater ease in everyday life.

Hello my friends, and a very warm welcome to Zen Relaxation. I’m really happy to be sharing this journey with you. I have come to appreciate relaxation as one of the most significant states we can cultivate in our practice.

Zen has explored this understanding for centuries. Expressed through Zen koans and poetry, we find a beautiful simplicity: presence, awareness, letting go and the discovery of an effortless way of being.

I have selected some of the most beautiful and transformative koans I have encountered to bridge the ancient roots of relaxation practice with modern-day living. I will use these gems as doorways into a relaxed state of clarity and awareness. In Zen, nature is a great teacher, and through the koans we will open more fully to this extraordinary experience of being alive.

Together, we will explore this ancient wisdom through meditation and discover how beautifully it speaks to the way we live today.

So make yourself comfortable. Take a breath … and let’s begin. With love, Peter
