Dyad Afternoon Workshop (online, by donation)

Date: 25th of April / Time: 14.00 – 18.30 CET

I’m very happy to announce after several trials we are ready to host a full afternoon of Dyads and meditation. Thank you so much to the brave pioneers that have helped us to create an interactive Dyad structure online!

This event is exclusively for people who have attended an Enlightenment Intensive or who are familiar and comfortable with the Dyad process.


Dyads are conducted in break out rooms and each Dyad session will last for 30 minutes. There will be a total of four Dyads and a 30 minute walking or working contemplation. The session will continue until 18:30 hrs CET lasting 4.5 hours.

The previous trials have shown that even digitally the Dyads work really well. So even though we are physically remote from one another it is still highly effective.

  • Guests have participated in at least one Enlightenment Intensive process or have experience with the Dyad structure and understand the technique.
  • Please have a good internet connection and if possible use a computer or Tablet rather than a phone.
  • For the walking / working contemplation it is up to you to chose to take a silent walk, do some tasks alone and in silence,  if it is not possible for you to engage in a movement activity or you may rest in meditation.


To get the most form your retreat the following recommendations have been made.
  • Refrain from consuming caffeine, alcohol, sugar, tobacco, drugs at least the day before the retreat starts.
  • Be in silence and as much as possible refrain for interacting with others until the end of the session.
  • Please make sure that, as much as possible, you will not be disturbed for the afternoon.
  • In between sessions completely avoid TV, internet, radio, music, make up, mirrors, reading, writing, intoxication, sex and other people.

Items to bring : A mobile phone on airplane mode or an alarm clock with the following times set to remind you when to return to the Zoom room for the next session.

Alarm settings
14:50 : You have 10 minutes to be ready in the Zoom waiting room for the first session to start.
15:55 : You have 5 minutes to be ready for the next session.



14.00 – 14:15 : Welcome & Meditation
14:15 – 14:50 : Dyad
14:50 – 15:30 : Dyad
15:30 – 16:00 : Walking / Working contemplation
16:00 – 16:40 : Dyad
16:40 – 17:30 : Dyad
17:30 – 17:45 : Meditation
17:45 – 18:30 : Closing session
