Online Home Retreat ‘From Jungle to Above the Clouds’

Join us on the wonderful journey nourishing your soul and body in the surroundings of the most exquisite places in the world! Practice your yoga right in the heart of the jungle of Costa Rica and reconnect with your inner peace through meditation in majestic pre-alps mountains!

We are bringing you a unique HOME retreat:

 

From Jungle to Above the Clouds

on Sat 2nd and Sun 3rd of May

 

There will be Vinyasa Yoga classes with Dagmar, Guided meditation sessions with Peter and special Workshops every day.  All sessions are LIVE and we were working hard to create a schedule fitting to many different time zones to make it accessible for most of you!

You can choose between DONATION or FREE tickets, which means literally anyone can join, so please, spread the word so more people can benefit! To secure your spot and get links to session rooms, please, see details below.

Registration and Schedule

 

After clicking on the ‘Register’ button, you’ll have an option to choose between a Free* ticket or Donation ticket (in case you’d like to support us). After the registration process, you’ll receive an email with all the ZOOM links and you’ll be free to choose any session according to your preferences and timezone.

*Please, note that because of Zoom has a restricted number of participants, there is a limit on the number of free tickets.

Workshop Sessions – Details

 

“Facing Challenges”

with Peter Harper

In this 90 minute interactive workshop you’ll gain a new perspective on your current challenges and uncover the deeper needs often hidden underneath our worries.

The workshop will outline the process of change from the first steps of Observation and Understanding to Insight and Transformation. Sessions include practical work, guided meditation and a presentation.

Through Meditation and practical work based on self discovery ‘Dyads’* we will:

  • Recognise 5 Basic Pillars of Challenge and practically work on our personal theme/challenge
  • Practice and learn the ability of Real Understanding which facilitates a deep Insight and Transformation. Master the technique to bring it into our daily life
  • Shift our attention from Ego to Essence

A loving and safe space to share, ask anything or just come to say hello to the guides with whom you spent time over this weekend. We’ll be happy to hear from you, to check how you are doing and most importantly… to provide you with grounding and support into your next steps and practice.

Peter Harper

Peter is an experienced spiritual guide with more than 35 years of experience in self discovery and spiritual guidance. He divides his time hosting Meditation and Self Awareness Retreats and Workshops in Europe and creating Guided Meditation and Conscious Music recordings.

Peter is a founder of The Drunken Monk project connecting spirituality with daily life, using tools such as guided meditation recordings, Enlightenment Intensive process, Self Awareness retreats and workshops.

Dagmar Spremberg

Dagmar Spremberg is a 500 hr E-RYT and the founder of Montezuma Yoga in Costa Rica. Her classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging and deeply nourishing. Through creating a safe space and emphasis on softening and synchronizing the breath Dagmar helps you to flow with more ease and grace while deepening your practice.

She loves to weave in pieces of wisdom that speak directly to your heart, and may serve as an inspiration for your life and yoga practice.

Practical info

The retreat will be held on Zoom. Please, make sure you have a sufficient and stable internet connection and we recommend to use a laptop or desktop computer (for some reason phones or tablets are sometimes not supported by Zoom).

By confirming your participation you are allowing us to send you a confirmation email and occasional inspirations. You can always unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails.

First, thank you so much. We are not setting any fixed price, as we want to allow anyone to benefit, enjoy and get some support, which we perceive, especially in these times, is so important.

At the same time we are really thankful for any contribution, as it helps us to keep going and continue running these open workshops.

So in case you’d like to donate, after clicking on ‘Registration’, there will be an option to get a ‘Donation’ ticket, where you can specify the amount you would like to contribute.

 

Cancellation

In case you get a ticket and afterwards you will not be able to join the retreat (= no session at all), please, send us an email to info@the-drunkenmonk.com and we’ll offer your ticket to another person.
