Facing Challenges (workshop online, by donation)
22.04.2020
“The Transformation of any challenge begins with our deep Understanding. To fully understand, we need to involve our whole Being, not just the mind. Only then can we ‘Really See’… and this is the beginning of Transformation.”
Many of us are currently facing new challenges and discomfort due to Covid-19 crisis and its consequences. We worry for our dear ones, our future plans are suddenly changing and there is a lot of uncertainty in our lives right now.
Whether the above sounds familiar to you or you just wish to look at some of your themes from a different and deeper perspective, we’d like to invite you for a Self Discovery journey:
‘Facing Challenges’
an interactive workshop with Peter Harper
22nd of April, 18 – 19.30 CET
In this 90 minute interactive workshop you’ll gain a new perspective on your current challenges and uncover the deeper needs often hidden underneath our worries.
The workshop will outline the process of change from the first steps of Observation and Understanding to Insight and Transformation. Sessions include practical work, guided meditation and a presentation.
Through Meditation and practical work based on self discovery ‘Dyads’* we will:
- Recognise 5 Basic Pillars of Challenge and practically work on our personal theme/challenge
- Practice and learn the ability of Real Understanding which facilitates a deep Insight and Transformation. Master the technique to bring it into our daily life
- Shift our attention from Ego to Essence
*Dyad = a specific self enquiry and self discovery technique using a Zen koan. Originally used in the Enlightenment Intensive retreat. In the Facing Challenges workshop, we will use various enquiry questions to go deeper into the Essence of a Challenge you are faced with.
