Join us on a wonderful journey of self discovery to reconnect with your Authentic Self. We are bringing you a unique ½ day workshop based on the famous Enlightenment Intensive process. Through Zen Self Enquiry, Yoga, Detox, Meditation and Creative practical exercises we’ll reconnect to our unique Self, the source of our inspiration, creativity and intuition… our inner home.

This interactive workshop is based on the extraordinary Enlightenment Intensive process.
The core of this event is the self enquiry technique called a Dyad*, where you focus on contemplating one question: “Who Am I?” There will be group and couple sessions as well as individual contemplation exercises. You will have the opportunity to express and ground your insights creatively which helps to clarify your self understanding, assisting in breaking through limitations and elevating your sense of wellbeing.
To help you get the most of this unique opportunity there is a guidance manual that will be sent to you when you register. It explains the Self Enquiry structure and preparations you will need to be aware of before the workshop begins.
*Dyad = a specific self enquiry and self discovery technique, with two people, using a Zen koan. This is a question that cannot be answered by the mind. This powerful technique is taken from the Enlightenment Intensive retreat created by Charles Berner.
Who is this workshop for?
Everyone is welcome to participate. This workshop is suitable to beginners as well as for people with experience from Enlightenment Intensives and Dyads.
! Important: You don’t need to have a partner in order to attend this workshop and to create a dyad. You will be working in pair with another participants.

Registration and Tickets
After the registration process, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the the ZOOM link. We’ll also send you an additional email with pre workshop preparation instructions. Please, read it carefully and check you’ve received both emails.
Please, make sure you’ll not be disturbed during the workshop. It is a good idea to imagine yourself in a real ‘retreat’ and dedicate this 5 hour only to yourself and your journey. Trust us, you’ll appreciate it as well as your fellow participants.
Please, prepare your lunch in advance, as there is a limited time for the lunch break. We recommend a light healthy meal to support the process. Make sure you have plenty of fluid (water) always available. A nice herbal or detox tea is a good idea too!
For the second part of the workshop, make sure you have handy your colored pencils or felt tip pens and paper (for the creative exercise).
The retreat will be held on Zoom. Please, make sure you have a sufficient and stable internet connection and we recommend to use a laptop or desktop computer (On occasion some phones or tablets are not supported by Zoom. Please check in advance).
Peter is an experienced spiritual guide with more than 35 years of experience in self discovery and spiritual guidance. He divides his time hosting Meditation and Self Awareness Retreats and Workshops in Europe and creating Guided Meditation and Conscious Music recordings.
Peter is a founder of The Drunken Monk project connecting spirituality with daily life, using tools such as guided meditation recordings, Enlightenment Intensive process, Self Awareness retreats and workshops.

Trained in the heart of the jungle in the magical mountains of stunning Sri Lanka, Amanda offers Hatha and Vinyasa flow, as well as Restorative, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Amanda loves to bring an element of all practices into her classes, so you can learn and explore with each session. Each practice is an exploration of the body, moving the body with the breath, starting slow and building the practice from the ground upwards…you’ll be left feeling grounded and energised.
Amanda creates a safe, welcoming and calm environment for you to enjoy your practice with a smile. If you’re a total beginner yogi then, Amanda will guide you through the basics at your own pace and you can ask as many questions as you like!

This event is suitable for all – beginners, intermediate and experienced, in yoga, meditation or zen self enquiry. To fully enjoy this event, we recommend to have handy:
For the Meditation & Self Enquiry: A comfortable quiet space – “creating your nest”, maybe dim the lights and/or some candles, favourite diffusers, gentle calming music
For the Yoga session :
* A space to practice yoga – with enough space to move around in
* Yoga mat
* Loose comfortable clothing & for the last session ‘Yin’ wear layers (to keep warm because it is a slow practice)
* Blankets & cushions – useful for padding and supporting body & you’ll need more for last session ‘Yin’
* Yoga Props: Blocks, Straps and Bolsters – if you use these in your practice (not essential)
