e.g. your goal is to learn a new skill,… so you’ll have to dedicate some of your free time to study, pay for the course, etc. There is a step down from your current comfort zone.
Experiencing fear or reluctance while embarking on the first steps is absolutely natural. What helps you to stay on track is is to keep remembering your vision (your new peak) and why you want to reach it.
P.S. with more experience, awareness and wisdom, the valleys won’t feel so deep anymore, and reaching new peaks will feel more like walking on the crest.
