Dear Tribe,

another week and another island. I find myself on Corfu where I have been meeting some old friends while staying cool as temperatures continue to stay high. This slows everything down, including the internet. I am still unable to reliably transmit a live meditation so I’ve pre-recorded part 4 of the mini series “How to Still Thoughts”

The theme is to support your intention to move into an expansive stillness. By observing the emotions around our thoughts as we did in Step 1, we come to understand our deeper needs and can respond with integrity and love. Important is to accept ourselves in every aspect of who we are. This creates a relaxation which begins to open a space within you. A space of perfect stillness.
