About this Event

Entering into a new year, you might feel within a fresh breeze of new beginnings. Especially after the challenging past year, many of us wish to build this one on healthy and positive foundations to give the right ‘tone’ to this new period.

You’ve probably heard that when your inner energy is balanced and flowing, the outside world will respond and start to reflect this attitude.

We’ve created this course to support whatsoever you wish to create and manifest in your life from a positive and flowing energetic foundation, using the gentle, yet very effective chakra system.

Once your inner energy is harmonized, whatsoever you create or manifest will grow from healthy and stable foundations. From this space, you will experience a strong feeling of being supported and guided with each step and your creating will become a joy.

There will be 4 weekly guided meditations (Mon-Thu, mornings and evenings) and 1 yoga session (Fri mornings) at the end of each week. In this course, you will, one after another, unlock and balance the energy centers within you (chakras). When all these centers are in harmony, clear and flowing, you feel an immense inner peace, satisfaction and empowerment to fulfil your true potential.


The seven chakras are known as the main energy centers of the body, aligned in an ascending column from the base of the spine to the top of the head. When all our chakras are open, energy can flow through them freely, allowing harmony to exists between the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

As chakras are symbolized as a lotus flower, you can imagine your course journey as a lotus growing – from the nourishing foundations of its roots towards the light above the water, to fully open its petals and release its unique fragrance – your inner potential, creativity and inner harmony.

Guided Meditations

The core of this course will be daily guided meditations with Peter who will, in a light and comprehensive way, guide you to explore and unleash the flow of your energy centers. The chakra guidance will be accompanied by affirmations/mantras to help you to deepen your experience.


On Fridays you will conclude the week with morning yoga sessions with Amanda to gently stimulate the energy flow on the body level. You will discover the benefits of movement to release trapped energy within the body, breathe into each movement, find your inner flow and embrace expression with the body.

All sessions will be recorded and available to watch for 48 hours after the life stream, so even if you cannot always make it life, you will not miss a thing!

After the course, there will be an additional Closing circle on Saturday the 30th.

Week 1

Reconnecting to your inner roots – Supportive grounding – Re-establishing the trust of your healthy foundations – Healing of your emotions – Entering the creative flow of life

Mon: Opening meditation, Introduction to the Chakra System

Tue: ‘I am’

1st chakra meditation (root): grounding in nourishing foundations. ‘I am safe, deeply grounded and nourished.”

Wed: ‘I Feel’

2nd chakra meditation (sacral): healing the emotions, awakening the flow of your creativity. “My authenticity awakens my unique creative resources.”

Thu: Balancing & harmonizing meditation, bringing the first two chakras together.

Fri: Yoga Session

A grounding and creative practice to release the body and feel these chakras within…finding your flow.

Week 2

Unconditional self-love – Free and effortless self-expression – Awakening the power of the sun within you

Mon: ‘I Create’

3rd chakra meditation (solar plexus): connecting to your inner sun, the center of your inner power. “I am the sun of my universe.”

Tue: ‘I Love’

4th chakra meditation (the heart): entering the state of unconditional self love and self acceptance. “From unconditional love towards myself, love towards others arises.”

Wed: ‘I Express’

5th chakra meditation (throat): unlocking the expression of your potential, gently removing the blocks. “I share my unique Being with ease and self trust.”

Thu: Balancing & harmonizing meditation, bringing the flow of previous chakras together.

Fri: Yoga Session

Tapping into our Agni (internal fire): reconnecting to our heart and feeling the energy flow within us and finding expression with our bodies

Week 3

Connecting to your inner guide – Living your true potential – Stepping into the flow – A whole realized Being

Mon: ‘I Perceive’

6th chakra meditation (third eye): establishing a connection to your inner guide – your intuition. “I am open to what cannot be seen by the eyes.”

Tue: ‘I am that I am’

7th chakra meditation (the crown): opening your connection to the Absolute, the ultimate source of energy and support. “I am living my divine purpose.”

Wed: ‘Entering the Flow’

Meditation to simply being and entering the space of effortlessness, like a small boat being safely carried by the gentle river of Existence. “I am exactly as I am suppose to be, where I am suppose to be.”

Thu: ‘You – the Unique Flowering Being’

A closing meditation to maintain your balanced Self in daily life.

Fri: Yoga Session

A fun flow to bring breath, mind and body together in our practice, letting go and enjoy moving…finding our internal rhythm, like a dance. Allowing the breath to guide us and letting the expression be natural, be you!

+ Saturday the 30th wrap up Closing Circle from 10.00 CET (9.00 UK time, approx. 45 min)


This event is suitable for all – beginners, intermediate and experienced, in yoga and meditation.

To fully enjoy this event, we recommend to have handy:

For the meditations:

A comfortable quiet space – “creating your nest”, maybe dim the lights and/or some candles, favourite diffusers, gentle calming music

For the Yoga sessions :

* A space to practice yoga – with enough space to move around in

* Yoga mat

* Loose comfortable clothing & for the last session ‘Yin’ wear layers (to keep warm because it is a slow practice)

* Blankets & cushions – useful for padding and supporting body & you’ll need more for last session ‘Yin’

* Yoga Props: Blocks, Straps and Bolsters – if you use these in your practice (not essential)

Your Guides

Peter Harper

Peter is an experienced spiritual guide with more than 35 years of experience in self discovery and spiritual guidance. He divides his time hosting Meditation and Self Awareness Retreats and Workshops in Europe and creating Guided Meditation and Conscious Music recordings.

Peter is a founder of The Drunken Monk project connecting spirituality with daily life, using tools such as guided meditation recordings, Enlightenment Intensive process, Self Awareness retreats and workshops.

Amanda Bunton

Trained in the heart of the jungle in the magical mountains of stunning Sri Lanka, Amanda offers Hatha and Vinyasa flow, as well as Restorative, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Amanda loves to bring an element of all practices into her classes, so you can learn and explore with each session. Each practice is an exploration of the body, moving the body with the breath, starting slow and building the practice from the ground upwards…you’ll be left feeling grounded and energised.

Amanda creates a safe, welcoming and calm environment for you to enjoy your practice with a smile. If you’re a total beginner yogi then Amanda will guide you through the basics at your own pace and you can ask as many questions as you like!
