Stress is an old pattern that our physiology still maintains. It’s original purpose, to fight or to run from danger, has the side effect of shutting down our capacity to think. In this session Peter explains some skills to catch early the signals of the stress reaction to be able to keep a clear mind in moments of pressure. Enjoy the meditation!
