As we go through the day we may stack small things that have irritated or bothered us. These wee events can build up into a feeling of being a bit tense or restless at the end of the day. In this session we consciously unpack the day and let go of anything that we are still holding onto as well as appreciating the moments that we enjoyed and move into the lightness of silence.
