It can be a deep breath … the feeling in your body … gazing at the flame of candle or a gentle music in the background. It is useful to have anchors in our meditation practice, as they help us to come back from the cycle of thoughts when we get lost there. In today’s session we will be practicing and connecting with our personal anchors and building awareness of noticing, where is our attention.
